The Process?

After we pick a date, check your email for a contract. Read, print, and sign so the fun stuff can start. We will talk about where you want to take the photos, time of day, and any questions you might have. The exact meet up location and time will be decided once we are closer to the date and know more about weather, light, etc.

Payment is due when we meet up for the photoshoot. It will take 2-3 weeks for your pictures to be perfected and edited. Once they are ready, you will receive a link to an online portfolio where you can download all your pictures. The website I use has the option to print and frame any of the photos you choose. This is optional and I am not affiliated with their print shop, however I do enjoy their products.

What Should I Wear?

This is entirely up to you! The most important thing is to feel comfortable and confident in what you're wearing. Less is generally more when it comes to patterns and colors. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Some recommendations are:

    -Limit the amount of patterns in the images (if your dress is floral, maybe his shirt is a solid. If he is in a flannel, maybe your top is clean cut and simple). It is also best to avoid logos (large or small) for a cleaner look.

    -Neutral colors tend to blend better with natural landscapes and earth tones that will be around you in the images. As much as I love a good all black outfit, it will not pop out in the image.  Coordinating colors in couples shoots will go along way! They are also more timeless so you will love the images for years to come. Pinterest has a lot of suggestions for color coordination if you need inspiration.
